Q) How do I pay?
A) You can pay by card over the phone. In person with cash or card. We work with a finance company so you can use finance.

Q) How do I access the course?
A) When we receive all your details, you account will be set up on the e-learning platform, then an email will be sent out to you so you can access and start your theory straight away.

Q) Is there a time limited to get the course done?
A) Yes, you need to complete within a year depending on what course you are doing.

Q) I have not studied in a while, I am nervous that I wont be able to do it?
A) Please speak to one of the team and we can help to support you.

Q) I can not bring any models for the practical session.
A) That is not a problem, if you can let us know in advance we can advertise for models for you

Q) What happens after my practical session?
A) Depending on what the course is, you may have case studies to carry out before you can obtain your certificate is you are competent. You may receive your certificate at the end of the course. It depends on what course you are doing and the criteria required.

Q) Why is there not a cheaper price for a refresher course? As I did this course some one else years ago and I just need a refresh to brush up my skills.
A) Our courses are ideal for the complete beginner or the refresher, The same information, support and training to gain your knowledge and skill set is provided.

Q) Why do I have to wear salon clothes to do training?
A) We have our policy to make sure the ethos of the therapist is who we are training.

Q) Will I need to purchase a kit?
A) That depends on the course and if you would like a kit of your own to work with than the product we use.

Q) Do you use branded name product when teaching course?
A) It’s the skill and knowledge to carry out the treatment we focus on than the branding of the product.

Q) Is there many other students on the course?
A) It depends on the day. The max we would have would be 4.

Q) Do you offer in house training for my salon?
A) Yes, we do. Please for further information

Q) I can not get childcare can I bring my child?
A) No as this is set out in our terms and conditions.
